At Mani’s Fashions, each product is carefully inspected and packed with utmost care. Our focus is on providing authentic, defect-free ethnic wear to our customers. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before placing an order.
No Returns for Personal Preference
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Size or fit issues
- Change of mind
- Personal dislike of color, fabric, or style
Minor variations in shade or texture may occur due to lighting and screen display differences. These are not considered defects.
Exchange Policy
An exchange may be provided only in special cases, such as if you receive the wrong product.
For all approved exchanges:
- The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customers must bear two-way shipping costs, which will be shared with you in advance.
Refunds
We do not provide direct refunds for returns.
In rare cases where a refund is approved (e.g., product unavailable after payment):
The refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
Due to logistics and customs restrictions, international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please review product details carefully before placing an international order.
Quality Assurance
All items undergo thorough checks by our team before being listed online and dispatched.
Products with missing blouse pieces, weaving defects, or damages are never sold on our website.
