At Mani’s Fashions, we take pride in ensuring that every product reaches you safely and on time. This policy applies to all items listed on our store, including sarees, blouse pieces, three-piece sets, co-ord sets, kurtis, and other ethnic wear.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Standard delivery timelines:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other locations: 5–7 business days

  • All shipments are handled by trusted courier partners.

International Shipping

  • International delivery is available to major countries.

  • Charges: ₹1,700 per kg (actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher).

  • Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days (may vary based on customs in the destination country).

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees charged in their country.

Order Processing & Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with tracking details.

  • Tracking remains active until delivery is completed.

Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as size, fit, or personal preference.

  • Every product undergoes strict quality checks by our team before being listed online. Items with defects, missing components, or damages are not sold.

  • Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to photography and display settings.

  • Exchanges are available only in special cases (for example, if an incorrect product was shipped).

  • Customers are required to pay two-way shipping costs for any approved exchange. These charges will be communicated in advance through the registered phone number or email.

Quality Assurance

  • Each saree, blouse piece, kurti set, and co-ord set is inspected carefully by our team before dispatch.

  • We guarantee that only authentic, defect-free products are shipped to our customers.
